SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

SALE ORDERS:

Please allow up to 14 business days for ALL orders during our sale periods to be dispatched + shipping time (not including weekends). We thank you for your patience during busy times.

 

Our current estimated processing time outside of sale periods is: 1-12 business days.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

 

$12 – Standard: 3-6 working days after dispatch

$16 – Express: 1-5 working days after dispatch


Express and Standard Shipping: Sendle​

Note: Tracking is emailed once the order has been shipped.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.

Once your candle is delivered please ensure you collect it from outside as soon as possible so that it is not being exposed to direct sunlight. Store your candle in an upright position and don’t leave your candle in your car on a warm day. Please read our Candle Guide for more information on taking care of your candle.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All items purchased from Pause and Zen are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time. 

 

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via email contactus@pauseandzen.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Pause and Zen.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

If you wish to cancel your Pause and Zen order after it has been placed you will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
